Usually, if the connection matches and the existing frames have enough capacity. Teardrop is not universal across manufacturers. Send a photo of the upright face, beam connector and any label so we can match new components before you order.

Can a new layout give us more pallet positions?

The count depends on usable clear height, aisle width, pallet dimensions and your forklift's reach. Our free CAD layout gives the exact pallet position count for the proposed configuration before you buy. Cantilever layouts count supported load positions, and carton flow layouts count case-picking lanes instead.

How wide should the rack aisles be?

A counterbalance truck generally needs about 12–13 feet, a reach truck about 8–10 feet, and very-narrow-aisle equipment about 5–6 feet. Confirm the working aisle with your truck specifications and actual load dimensions before ordering; aisle width has a major effect on how many rows fit.

When can delivery and installation be scheduled?

Standard teardrop sizes often quick-ship; high-density systems and non-standard sizes take longer, and lead time is confirmed on the quote. Installation time depends on bay count, site readiness and how the work is phased. For a relocation, teardown and transport also need to line up with the new building's receiving schedule.

Can you handle design, supply and installation?

Yes. We handle design, new-material supply and installation by experienced installation crews we schedule and manage. The crews work to the approved CAD layout, anchor the rack to the floor and apply load plaques before handover.
